About Jagdish Chhabria

With a dynamic career spanning over four decades, Mr. Jagdish Chhabria brings unmatched expertise and passion to the world of real estate and entrepreneurship.

He began his professional journey with Usha International Ltd., where he dedicated 18 years and rose through the ranks to become Divisional Head for Karnataka, after 14 years of service in Tamil Nadu. Recognized as one of the top achievers nationally, his performance set a benchmark in the company.

Following this, he served as Vice President – Sales & Marketing at Sterling Holiday Resorts (India) Ltd. for four years, contributing significantly to the brand’s growth and visibility.

In 2002, he relocated to Bangalore and co-founded AAAJ Marketing Consultants Pvt. Ltd. along with his son, Amit J. Chhabria, focusing on real estate and resort booking services. With a strong foundation of trust and service, the company today boasts over 1,190 satisfied clients across 17 countries.

A passionate networker and community builder, Mr. Chhabria joined BNI Bangalore in 2012. By 2015, he was appointed Senior Director, and later elevated to Executive Director for BNI Bangalore Greater North, a role he shares with his son. He has proudly sponsored over 100 entrepreneurs into BNI, helping them grow through mentorship and business connections.

Mr. Chhabria is also the Vice President of the Confederation of Real Estate Associates (CREA) Bangalore and the State Trustee for Shivyog Healing and Meditation in Karnataka, reflecting his commitment to both professional and personal well-being.
